Our Strategy
Our vision, mission, and approach to creating lasting change
Our Vision & Mission
Vision
We believe that changing the world begins with educating girls. Because if you educate girls, you educate the next generation.
Mission
To rebuild our home-like boarding houses to return to our pre-earthquake level of support for girls in the communities we serve. We look forward to expand our reach and support into new communities and increase the opportunities for more girls to continue their education.
Approach
We take a holistic approach to girls’ education, addressing not just academic needs but also providing safe accommodation, nutrition, healthcare, mentoring, and personal development opportunities. By removing barriers to education, we empower girls to reach their full potential.
Our Core Values
At Education For All, our commitment to empowering girls through education is anchored in five core values that shape our work and drive lasting change.
Empowerment
We empower girls by providing them with safe and supportive boarding houses, ensuring they have access to education at nearby schools. Our mission is to break down barriers and create opportunities for them to thrive.
Safety & Security
We prioritise creating a secure and nurturing environment within our boarding houses, ensuring girls feel safe and supported throughout their educational journeys.
Transparency & Integrity
We act with honesty and ethical responsibility, building trust with the girls, their families, and our partners through openness and accountability.
Excellence
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the care and support offered in our boarding houses, helping girls achieve success in their education and personal growth. Continuous improvement drives everything we do.
Respect
We uphold the dignity of every individual by fostering a culture of inclusion, understanding, and collaboration in our boarding houses and beyond.
